• Completion of appropriate record documentation services provisions.
• Observation of client functions.
• Report changes to supervisor or employer.

Homemaker and/or Live-In:

• Diet Maintenance/Meal Planning and Preparation

• Companionship Conversation

• Assistance with Bathing
• Skin Care
• Dressing
• Hair Care
• Mouth Care
• Nail Care
• Shaving
• Incontinence Care
• Assistance with Standing and Walking
